Dynamite Eggrolls was founded by Mina and her husband, Joey, as a tribute to her passion for cooking. In 2024, Mina made the courageous decision to leave corporate world to share her family’s Vietnamese eggroll recipe—The OG Eggroll—and soon expanded into bold, globally inspired flavors. With overwhelming community support, within a year, they grew from tent pop-ups to a food truck, and now proudly serve at Harvest Hall. Each eggroll is handcrafted from scratch and paired with a signature sauce for a flavorful, unforgettable experience.
